The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems to meet industry standards and customer specifications. Key responsibilities include leading quality audits, evaluating and improving quality procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, and providing training on quality standards. The role will also involve driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.QualificationsExperience implementing and maintaining quality systems, including ISO and Nadcap standardsStrong skills in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementationProficiency in quality auditing, report preparation, and internal compliance checksKnowledge of heat treating and metal processing operations, especially within aerospace or related industriesAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectivelyExcellent communication skills to interact with customers, auditors, and internal teamsProficiency in data analysis and quality management software is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISO Lead Auditor are preferred
