Facility Coordinator
Job Description
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Facility Coordinator with minimum 6 months of experience in an industrial environment/production facility. Will be assisting facility manager with execution of day to day tasks within the production facility. Must have strong organization skills.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum of 2 years of logistics or warehouse operations experience; oil and gas or chemicalindustry experience preferred.• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment and respond to after-hoursneeds.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESInventory & Warehouse Management• Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels.• Coordinate and execute transfers of inventory.• Ensure proper packaging and re-packaging of products to meet customer and regulatoryrequirements.• Monitor product quality, identify damaged or non-conforming materials, and initiatecorrective actions.Logistics & Operations• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe andefficient manner.• Participate in on-call coverage during weeknights and on a rotating weekend schedule tosupport operational continuity.Process Improvement & Reporting• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, warehouse organization improvements,and cost reduction.• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity andservice levels.• Track key operational metrics and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations.• Support standardization of warehouse processes and best practices across locationsCommunicate regularly with the Director of Operations, Supply Chain Manager, and Sales TeamLead to align inventory levels, logistics planning, and transportation needs.• Collaborate with the sales team to improve supply chain responsiveness and customersatisfaction.• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational objectives.
