Cart Retrieval Technician

Position: Cart Retrieval TechnicianReports to: Operations ManagerPosition: Full Time- HourlySalary: $20-22 per hour plus mileageWe seek a Retrieval Technician to work with the Operations Manager to provide services in the San Jose, CA area. The tech will locate abandoned shopping carts in designated areas (streets, parking lots, neighborhoods) and return them to grocery and retail stores.Qualifications:Have a truck or flatbed trailer and be able to pick up and deliver shopping cartsHave a valid state driver’s licenseHave appropriate vehicle insurance & valid vehicle registrationBe able to follow safety protocolsBe able to work in a variety of weather conditionsBe able to work independently as part of the RMS team while maintaining communication with staffResponsibilities:Maintain store shopping cart inventories during High-Volume seasonsFollow route structures to better service customers efficiently and promptlySubmit all work performed through RMS's operations appWork with the Operations Manager to coordinate retrieval schedule, services and address cart-related issues.Benefits:Mileage ReimbursementCellphone monthly stipendThis is a remote position.
