Yotes Up!"RequirementsPosition OverviewThe Middle School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach by assisting in practices, games, and overall program management. This role helps provide a supportive, positive, and competitive experience for developing student-athletes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and conducting practices and games.Provide individual and group instruction to student-athletes.Reinforce expectations for sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.Support student academic accountability and eligibility.Assist with program logistics, including equipment and scheduling.Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Coach.QualificationsPrevious coaching or playing experience preferred.Familiarity with the sport and CAA standards.Strong teamwork and communication skills.CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).Fingerprint clearance card (required).
