Manufacturing Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader to take ownership of daily operations, champion continuous improvement, and streamline the engineering-to-production process. What You’ll Do Oversee daily plant activities, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, and maintenance. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and efficiency. Drive improvements in throughput, minimize waste, and enhance overall KPI performance. Mentor and develop supervisors and production staff across various shifts. Manage plant resources, including budgets, equipment, materials, and capital projects. Spearhead Lean, 5S, and other process optimization initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs. What You Bring Required Skills 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T principles, and collaboration with drafting teams. Solid foundation in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to enhance plant performance and effectively lead teams. Proficiency in Spanish. Preferred Skills Experience with CAD software. Six Sigma certification. OSHA 10-Hour Certification. Knowledge of ERP & MRP Systems. Experience with Workplace Safety & EHS Management.
