Informatica Administrator / ETL Developer

Overview We are seeking an Informatica Administrator / ETL Developer with strong experience in data integration, ETL development, and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes using Informatica tools while ensuring efficient and reliable data flow across enterprise systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in ETL/data integration development Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or other Informatica tools Strong SQL skills including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension models, ETL best practices) Experience integrating data from multiple sources including flat files, APIs, ERP/CRM systems, and databases Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica tools Build and support data integration pipelines across multiple source systems Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformation logic Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data issues Perform performance tuning of ETL processes and database queries Ensure accurate and timely data movement into data warehouse environments Support data warehousing structures including fact and dimension models Integrate data from APIs, flat files, ERP/CRM systems, and databases Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to meet data requirements Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all integration processes Follow ETL standards, documentation practices, and deployment procedures
