This is an operations position that also includes contact with the customer.Core ResponsibilitiesBoard a variety of new loans to the system and fund proceeds to respective GL'sSet up automatic payments, ACH and overdraft protectionPay PMI, taxes, insurance as needed.Releasing collateral upon repayment etc.Credit reporting and dispute resolution, Year-end Tax ReportingLoan Control Balancing and other GL ReconciliationsMonitoring daily loan transactions & exceptions using various IQ reportsTimely and accurate responses to customer and employee questions and requestsMonthly SBA payment reporting and FSA/USDA semi-annual balance reportingServicing of participated and purchased loansAssist tellers/RM's with loan payment applicationsCorrespond with sub-servicer when customer issues ariseCenlar branch payments and new loan wiresGather documents for audits as requestedSet up and monitor ticklersProvide payoff statementsAssist SAT with coding and tracking of troubled loans and 1099 C PreparationMLA and SCRA determinations, coding and tracking Secondary ResponsibilitiesAll Employee Owners help Heritage be successful in any way possible never saying "That's not my job". Requires education, expertise, and competence to complete the assignment in accordance with Federal Regulations.Intermediate knowledge of title policies and related loan regulations such as RESPA, HMDA, and other bank lending policiesCSI NuPoint Core experience is a plusSalary Description
