Directly manage theHR Manager , with oversight of 3 indirect reports (Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, HR Admin)

Own and implementcompensation, compliance, and employee relations strategies
Lead HR initiatives includingIDPs, professional development, and leadership coaching
Ensure plant compliance with federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, EEO)
Partner with leadership onorganizational strategy, culture, and workforce developmentCandidate Profile:
10+ years HR experience, including7–10 years management
Provenstrategic and operational HR leadershipin manufacturing or industrial environments
Experiencemanaging HR teams, compensation, and compliance programs
Comfortable leading and influencing at thesite leadership level
