You'll work with engineers and fellow machinists to maintain efficient production, ensure top quality, and continuously improve processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines independently.Perform inspections and document results to meet quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process issues.Mentor peers and support workflow efficiency.Maintain a clean, safe, and proactive work environment. QualificationsAssociate's degree in Machining or equivalent experience.2+ years of CNC machining experience (experience with Mori Seiki/DMG Mori preferred).Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement.Familiar with G-code/M-code and CMM/VCMM tools.Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Self-driven and able to work independently.
