The paralegal will work on-site at our Bellmore, NY office. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing legal documents, performing due diligence, coordinating title insurance, , and assisting with matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth transaction processes.QualificationsExperience conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactionsFamiliarity with Title Insurance processes and documentationExpertise in handling Residential and Commercial Real Estate mattersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesPrior experience in a legal or real estate environment is preferredProficiency with legal and office software tools
