We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and hands-on Attractions Manager to lead daily guest experience operations of our indoor attractions. This role oversees daily operations, staff management, safety complince and guest experience. The manager ensures all attractions operate at the highest standards of entertainment, safety, and cleanliness while meeting business and reveneue objectives. This position functions with a startup-style ownership mindset, acting as an internal operator for assigned attractions. The manager is expected to identify opportunities for innovation, test new ideas, optimize workflows, and implement improvements that enhance guest engagement, operational efficiency, and profitability. Success in this role requires the ability to balance creativity with execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Support: Oversees daily operation of all attractions owned within the indoor amusement park Develop and manage attraction operating opening and closing procedures Ensure all attractions operate efficiently with minimal downtime Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs Monitor and report equipment and attraction maintenance needs Bring new ideas, energy, and creativity to improve operations Stay informed about industry trends and best practices Performs hands-on attraction maintenance including attraction softwares, troubleshooting, operational technologies, and technical support for attraction functionality Staff Oversight and Training and Development: Lead by example with a positive, enthusastic presence on the floor Inspire, motivate, and engage staff through enthusiastic leadership Recruit, hire, train, and sueprvise all attraction staff members Create a supportive and high-energy work enviornment Optimize payroll but scheduling staff shifts that ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak days and times Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and recognition programs Ensure all Team Members adhere by company policies and procedures Inventory and Supplies: Manage, monitor and track inventory management for all attractions Notify proper personnel regarding ordering of supplies Administrative Tasks: Oversees daily cash handling procedures for attractions ensuring accurate cash counts, register balancing, accurate deposits, and end-of-day reconciliations Train staff on proper guest experience operations like customer service SOPs, cash handling, POS, and attraction flows Monitor cash variances including investigating discrepancies and implemnting corrective actions Drive innovation across attractions and guest experiences by introducing new concepts, technologies, and operational improvements that increase engagement, efficiency, and repeat visitation Act as an internal startup owner for assigned attractions, testing new ideas, rapidly iterating operations, and launching initiatives that improve guest experience, efficiency, and revenue Build and scale attraction performance from the ground up by validating concepts with real guest data, optimizing workflows, and turning successful pilots into repeatable, revenue-driving models Assist the General Manager and Office Management team with advancing or creating SOPs, training materials, and overall business development Assist the General Manager and Property Management team with future projects. And attraction builds. Qualifications: 5-7 years’ experience in attractions, hospitality, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of attraction management experience Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred) Experience with supporting events including but not limited to birthday parties, corporate events, or conventions is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with POS systems like Square is a plus Experience with AV technology and attraction software, preferred Experience in HRIS such as Paycom is a plus Cash handling experience required Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Must be able to move about the facilities frequently Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends Skill Requirement: Strong proven ability to lead teams and drive performance Strong customer service background with a proven ability to lead high-volume, guest-focused environments Demonstrated ability to manage labor such as scheduling and reporting and inventory management Strong communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving skills Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills both in person, and over the phone, with a high degree of professionalism.
