Painter/Assembly

Arena Drag Manufacturing company in need of experienced painters. We are a 35yr experienced company out growing our seems. We build quality Water Tanks & Drags for our many farm and arena customers. We are in need of quality employees to help us keep up and grow. Come join our family oriented company. Duties - Clean and prep assemblies according to spec for paint - Operate minor hand tools for prep work, spray gun for painting - Operate forklift for assembly purposes and to move assemblies in and out of paint area - Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills - Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring paint - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Experience with cup gun painting - Knowledge of paint process (Willingness to learn the way we do it) - Familiarity with paint and assembly - Competency in using hand tools such as grinders, drills, and saws - MUST be a team player, on occasion other team members may ask for help - Must be able to keep up with parts used daily - Self-motivated Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
