You'll find a clear path to growth here, with an established roadmap in place to help you gain the skills and expertise you need to advance.Who You Are ...You are a Senior Technical Architect, viewed as an expert and critical resource across multiple technology disciplines. You build trust by collaborating with key project stakeholders, translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and solutions. You are influential by staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and design approaches which help to solve business problems.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands the client's business model and how the product solution fits into the overall business strategy and technical road map.Understands the product's capabilities and functions in-depth.Identifies and documents key architectural problems for both components in a software system and components across integrated software systems.Engages across the team and with the client to reach consensus on architecture decisions.Participates in the construction and stabilization of software components.Supports the development lead in design and implementation reviews to assert compliance with the architecture decisions.Identify, communicate and mitigate architectural risks throughout the product lifecycle, including functional and non-functional risks.Support the transition of knowledge to the client.Identify and validate emerging technologies that could impact the client's product.Oversees and evaluates the results from integration and system testing cycles.QUALIFICATIONS:BA or BS, preferably in computer science, engineering, or science/technology-based disciplineEffective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.10+ years of hands-on experience constructing, stabilizing, and architecting high-volume software systems.Experienced working with both front and back-end technologies, architecture, and patterns with subject matter expertise in one or more languages.Subject Matter Expert in business functional and domain modeling.Subject Matter Expert in front-end architecture, including leading JavaScript frameworks and their integration with APIs.Subject Matter Expert in several integration approaches as well as deep understanding of common integration patterns. Strong understanding of Microservices preferred.Subject Matter Expert in either relational or NoSQL data persistence.Experienced with enterprise security best practices and design, including API security design, OWASP and access management.Experienced with cloud-based software architecture solutions and DevOps best practices.Experienced working in Agile/Lean/CD environments.Experienced in formulating roadmap strategies, including providing thought leadership around emerging technologies.Experienced with legacy integrations and modernization/digitalization of legacy systems.Exposure to mobile architecture, including native app development as aspects such as security, performance, and integration.What we can offer you:nvisia offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, EAP, matching 401k, a generous Paid Time Off plan, and a flexible work environment.nvisia is an Equal Opportunity employer.
