This position provides daily operational support, including logistical scheduling, recordkeeping, archiving, training material management, invoicing, and coordination of training events. The role also supports clear communication with the Area Training Manager by assisting with key performance indicators and training coordination support for instructional staff. Serving as the primary contact for internal and external trainees, the Academy Support Coordinator manages training records, scheduled courses, and corporate e-learning within the Learning Management System (LMS). This role is essential in ensuring the Academy operates in accordance with Safran Helicopter Protocols and supports the North America Training Manager in overseeing multiple operational tasks. Above all, the Academy Support Coordinator ensures that all training activities comply with corporate Maintenance Training Organization Exposition (MTOE) standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including FAA, EASA, CASA, and Transport Canada.**But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)**Physical Requirements:This role is primarily in an office environment but may occasionally require support in classroom and/or workshop settings. The position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 10 pounds, operate standard office equipment, and sit or stand for extended periods of time.**Candidate skills & requirements**High school diploma or equivalent required. College preferred. Minimum of five years' experience in an administrative support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications and familiarity with learning management systems are required, along with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use specialized technical software and databases. Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
