Rework solutioning includes confirming and/or gathering requirements, identifying data and configuration issues, and architecting a scalable and robust solution.The Solutions Specialist must ensure timely completion of these projects across a variety of Dayforce modules and ensure the solutions provided are aligned to customer's needs. Responsibilities also include documenting implementation process gaps and incorporating best practices. Additionally, the Solutions Specialist works with internal teams across the organization to improve implementation quality and minimize rework post go-live.Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines.What You'll Get to DoConfirm, gather, understand and document customer requirementsConsult customers on various options to address business requirements by:Leveraging best practicesConsidering downstream effects of configuration choicesApplying deep understanding of data flow in Dayforce and 3rd party applicationsWrite SQL code to identify, troubleshoot and fix data as well as configuration issues in the customer's Dayforce instanceUnderstand, troubleshoot and modify XML and XSLT code and Project ManagementCreate and follow a project plan using effort estimation, outline action items, measure progress, make adjustments and follow the plan through to completionProvide customers with significant and timely updatesCollaborate with customers, Dayforce contacts and 3rd party vendors to conduct thorough testing to deliver a complete and high-quality solutionUnderstand and adhere to internal business processes to champion customer successDemonstrate product expertise/knowledge of the Dayforce application and how various modules interact with and affect each otherCollaborate with Product Management, Development, Implementation and Support teams to identify gaps, implement processes and tooling initiatives to improve implementation qualitySkills and Experience We ValueBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fieldsProficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systemsSuperior communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Previous client support, consulting and/or project management experienceFrench language skillsTechnical knowledge of SQL, XML and XSLTWhat Would Make You Really Stand OutHigh level of proficiency with SQL, XML and XSLTPrevious client support, consulting and/or project management experienceFrench language skillsWorking Environment and Physical DemandsGeneral office environmentAbility to work flexible hours and willingness to travel to client site if neededAdaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWhat's in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
