The CNOs will be responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction for all nursing and patient care services, maintaining 24/7 accountability for nursing operations, staffing, quality, and compliance, and leading and developing nursing leadership teams. This includes oversight of various clinical departments, partnering with the executive team on organizational strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The ideal candidates will have a current, unrestricted RN license, BLS certification, CRRN certification, a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience, with at least 2 years in recent nursing management. Applicants for the CNO positions at the company should be experienced nurse leaders with a strong background in inpatient hospital nursing and management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in 24-hour operational accountability, FTE and staffing management, policy and procedure oversight, budget management, and performance management.
