About the Role: .NET DeveloperWe are seeking a detail-oriented .NET Developer to design, develop, and optimize robust software solutions. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between user requirements and scalable system architecture, ensuring that applications are efficient, secure, and compliant with modern coding standards. You will focus on maximizing system performance, improving code maintainability, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise-level services.Core ResponsibilitiesSoftware Optimization: Design and refine application workflows using data-driven methodologies to reduce latency and enhance system throughput.Standards & Validation: Author and execute technical protocols to ensure all development processes align with industry best practices, security standards, and SDLC regulations.Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate API documentation, system architecture diagrams, and version control logs within Git and project management systems.Environment Management: Oversee the deployment pipeline and cloud infrastructure; coordinate with DevOps teams for specialized server configuration and CI/CD maintenance.Quality Management: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on software bugs and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact for Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Database Administrators to ensure seamless application delivery and sprint management.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Required).Experience: 0–5 years of experience in a software development or engineering environment.Technical Skills (Required):Proficiency in the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) and front-end frameworks.Strong grasp of Web APIs, Microservices architecture, and SOLID principles.Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases for complex query optimization.Ability to interpret complex technical requirements, system logs, and performance metrics.Preferred Skills:Master’s degree in Computer Science or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.Experience in regulated environments (FinTech, Life Sciences, or GxP-compliant systems).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).What We OfferTargeted Placement: Direct marketing to our network of hiring managers in the Tech, Finance, and Enterprise Software industries.Technical Resume Rebuild: Optimization of your profile to highlight full-stack development, cloud integration, and software leadership skills.Interview Coaching: Guidance on technical whiteboarding, system design interviews, and behavioral assessments.Ready to Take the Next Step?
