E House Project Manager

General Summary The E House Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and management of E House and electrical switch rack solutions (MCC House, Power Distribution House and Control House) tailored for the Power, Oil and Gas industry and other related sectors. This multifaceted position involves leading project execution and ensuring successful outcomes for clients. Education, Experience & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, 5 years of industry experience in the development and implementation of low and medium voltage power distribution, control and communications systems in self-contained or distributed configurations. Proven track record of project management in the Power, Oil and Gas industry or related sectors Strong understanding of automation and controls, power distribution, and IoT technologies Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus Experience with Professional Engineer (PE) stamps for building designs and specifications Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with client needs. Lead the development and implementation of E House projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Plan and execute E House projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and minimize risks. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. Monitor project budget and expenses and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Serve as a subject matter expert for E House solutions and electrical switch racks providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities through successful project delivery and ongoing support.
