As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. Job Title: Production Worker Location: Muscatine, IA Pay Range: $16.5 Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times Support team members to meet production goals efficiently What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to pass a drug test (Oral - 6 Panel) and criminal background check (Enhanced Nationwide Search) Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
