Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Long Beach, CA, with the flexibility of Remote work. The therapist will provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relationship-building, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, providing psychotherapy sessions, maintaining client confidentiality, and collaborating with other professionals as needed to ensure holistic care. Minimum 10 hours with the opportunity to scale. Qualifications Expertise in Relationship Counseling, Family Therapy, and Counseling practicesSolid foundation in Psychology and Mental Health knowledgeLicensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of CaliforniaStrong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skillsExperience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive issues with empathyOrganizational and time management skills to balance varying client needsMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or relevant fieldExperience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
