You'll be joining a very reputable, well-established, and growing $100m technology focused organization with a diverse portfolio serving various industries - Maritime, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, Medical, and Critical Infrastructure.You'll play a significant role in the continued growth of their NAVAL pursuits targeting NAVAL / NAVSEA / NAVSUP customers for new product designs & aftermarket services.This role is a mix of cultivating existing relationships while hunting for new business. You own all activities for the company's entire portfolio of NAVAL products.ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS REQUIRED:Identify, pursue, qualify, and capture new business & potential partnership + manage existing accountsTake proposals full-life cycle, lead & collaborate with other functional leaders in drafting winning proposals RFP / RFQ / IDIQsCapture customer needs (VOC), stay updated on current technologies & products to guide and build upon company's success.Report and educate Sr leadership team on the DoD NAVY initiatives, funding, service needs, and market trends.Monitor and track defense spending, specific to NAVY awards and demands.Work with in-house Marketing to create content to aid in your success.Travels 20 – 50% domestic & International – Corp Headquarters, customers, trade shows/conferencesUS Citizenship requiredOFFERING: Attractive salary + 20% bonus + great benefits packageLOCATION: WORK REMOTE – reporting to Corp HQ every quarter in California
