Gymnastics Instructor

Duties:- Provide instruction and guidance to children on proper techniques of gymnastics and tumbling.- Plan and lead practices to improve skills and teamwork.- Ensure the safety during practices and performances by enforcing proper spotting techniques and safety guidelines.- Coordinate with other coaches, school staff, and parents to schedule practices and events.- Attend events to support the team and lead performances.- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.Experience:- Previous experience coaching or participating as a athlete.- Knowledge of techniques, of gymnastics and tumbling.- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate children. - Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a positive manner.- Background in physical education, childcare, or collegiate is a plus.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
