" content="Job Description Energo is seeking highly motivated Summer Analysts to join our 8 to 10 weeks rotational internship program. This program is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on exposure to the business and operational side of the energy and HVAC industry, with direct experience across multiple departments. Summer Analysts will rotate through Business Development, Compliance, and Mechanical departments, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how a full-service energy and HVAC company operates, grows, and serves its customers. Analysts are treated as junior team members and are expected to contribute to real work that supports ongoing operations and business initiatives. This is an execution-focused program intended to provide meaningful exposure to the operational, regulatory, and commercial dynamics that drive Energo's business. Program Structure Duration: TBD by person Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time Location: In-office Business Development · Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities and service offerings · Support inbound and outbound sales efforts · Conduct market and competitive research related to growth initiatives · Assist with internal process improvements that support expansion efforts · Assist with CRM management, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups · Participate in pricing analysis and customer communication initiatives Compliance · Assist with energy compliance processes, including requirements related to local energy laws · Support tracking of regulatory deadlines and client compliance requirements · Help maintain internal systems used to manage compliance workflows Mechanical · Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities and service offerings · Support project management teams and new contracts · Support inventory management and sourcing · Conduct market and competitive research related to growth initiatives · Assist with internal process improvements that support expansion efforts · Participate in pricing analysis and customer communication initiatives " />Email Opening
