Northfield, NHOn-Site Freudenberg-NOK General PartnershipYou support our team as Process Engineer Responsibilities Creates concepts, either internally or in conjunction with machinery suppliers, for new processes that support the technology strategy.Audits equipment with machine suppliers to ensure that the new equipment meets internal and legislative Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards.Conducts feasibility studies to verify concepts and develops specifications.Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes.Uses data to identify and implement engineering methodologies that meet design intent and process performance expectations.Demonstrates financial awareness in Process Design and supplier selection.Manages project investments and on-time-delivery of various capital equipment to ensure expenditure is aligned to project plans.Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones; initiating corrective action as needed to support on-time-delivery, expenditure, productivity, and that quality cost targets are met.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field or compensating years of experience.Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.Professional-Level English language skills preferred.Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
