The goal is measurable growth, not buzzwords.About The RoleWe are seeking a Senior SEM Account Manager to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency and lead strategy, execution, and performance growth for a portfolio of larger lead generation-focused clients. This role is ideal for an experienced paid media professional who combines strong analytical thinking, client-facing leadership, and operational organization within a collaborative agency environment.The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns while also leading performance analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution across Creative, CRO, Analytics, and Development teams.This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, visibility, and growth potential.What You'll DoBuild, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)Microsoft AdsMeta (Facebook / Instagram)Additional platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Criteo, AdRoll, and other emerging channelsManage a focused portfolio of larger lead generation accounts with complex funnels and aggressive growth goalsLead client-facing performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and growth discussionsAnalyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities and performance trendsDevelop forecasting models, budget allocation recommendations, and KPI reporting frameworksCollaborate cross-functionally with CRO, Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Development teams to improve conversion performance and user journey outcomesTranslate business objectives into actionable media, landing page, and testing strategiesManage workflows, timelines, and campaign execution using project management platforms such as Jira and ConfluenceCoordinate deliverables across internal teams while maintaining accountability and execution qualityImplement and troubleshoot tracking solutions using GA4, GTM, platform pixels, and conversion APIsMaintain strong organizational discipline while balancing multiple priorities and deadlinesQualifications5+ years of SEM / Paid Media experience within a digital marketing agency environmentProven experience managing larger lead generation-focused accountsStrong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platformsDemonstrated ability to build, implement, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns from strategy through executionAdvanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendationsStrong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and Google SheetsExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or BigQuery preferredExperience working cross-functionally with CRO and Creative teams in a testing and optimization-focused environmentFamiliarity with A/B testing strategy, landing page optimization, and conversion funnel analysisExperience using Jira, Confluence, and structured project management workflows within collaborative agency teamsStrong client communication and presentation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsHigh-growth agency environment with strong career advancement opportunitiesStrategic ownership over meaningful client accountsCollaborative culture with integrated Paid Media, CRO, Creative, and Analytics teamsOpportunity to influence performance strategy and client growth at scaleThe Pay Range For This Role Is110,000 - 135,000 USD per year(Softline HQ)
