Job Description: Job Title: Quality Inspector, level 3.Clearance status must be on top of resumeCandidate hired will not be able to start until a minimum of an interim clearance is obtained, prefer an active clearance from the start.Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc., using low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools. Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.Hours will be Monday to Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am. (10 hours per day and includes 30 minute unpaid lunch).Basic Qualifications" Microscope visual inspection" 3 years inspection experience" ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness" High School diploma / GED" secret clearance required" Use of inspection hand tools" Ability to follow work instructionsDesired Skills" Defense Industry" SAP Quality Module" AS9100" Mil-STD-883" IPC-610" J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED)" Clean Room" FODEmployee will be trained on 1st shift and then moved to 2nd shift once training is complete. First Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm. Second Shift Hours 2:30pm to 1:00am.Comments for Suppliers: Active secret clearance preferred, willing to consider candidates with a previously held active clearance. Interim secret clearance required to start position.
