Reporting to the Operations Manager (OM), the ML will guide a team of Task Associates, overseeing essential store operations, including inventory processes, replenishment, and compliance with pricing and markdowns.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe ML will exemplify and promote Ulta Beauty's guiding principles through the following key responsibilities:Performance: Foster a culture of accountability, striving to exceed store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll management, and operational compliance.Drive profitability via operational excellence and strategic sales growth while maintaining expense control.Utilize store forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and maximize productivity in completing operational tasks.Analyze and respond to financial and operational data to drive store performance and achieve set targets.Engage with guests through makeup applications and product demonstrations to enhance their experience.Stay informed about industry trends and educate associates accordingly.Uphold attendance standards and encourage adherence among the team.People: Attract and cultivate a diverse and talented team that embodies the Ulta Beauty brand through collaboration and communication.Create an inclusive environment that inspires associates' growth and engagement.Support professional development initiatives, providing personalized feedback and coaching to boost performance.Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about brand and product knowledge.Model operational excellence and lead by example, setting priorities for the team.Process: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Utilize scheduling tools to effectively manage workforce scheduling.Prioritize store workload, ensuring the timely execution of tasks like product processes and pricing updates.Protect company assets by upholding loss prevention and safety standards.Implement inventory control processes and complete necessary reporting.Communicate feedback to field leadership regarding operational performance and opportunities for improvement.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation:High school diploma preferred.Experience:1-2+ years in retail management or fast-paced environments; proven track record in sales growth and financial management; demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams.Skills:Proficient in technology, excellent communication skills, strong collaboration, and organizational abilities; must be adaptable under pressure.SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTSMust be willing to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.WORKING CONDITIONSContinuous mobility and physical activity throughout shifts, including bending and lifting items up to 40 lbs.If you are looking for an incredible opportunity to grow your career while being part of a dynamic team, we invite you to apply!J-18808-Ljbffr
