This role provides operational leadership for all power generation and utility assets and is responsible for day‑to‑day management of the department’s supervisory staff.This position has direct responsibility for power generation operations conducted under a joint venture structure, including ensuring compliance with the joint venture agreement, maintaining appropriate separation of business records, and managing ongoing relationships with the joint venture’s Board of Directors and General Manager.
