Floor Manager
About the JobWe are seeking a strong, hospitality-driven Floor Manager to help lead daily operations and ensure an elevated guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and nightlife environment.Responsibilities:Assist overseeing daily front-of-house operations during service.Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff.Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and timely service.Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.Monitor floor flow, table turns, wait times, and overall guest experience.Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management.Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals, specials, and expectations.Ensure staff maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and service standards.Support training and development of front-of-house team members.Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, music levels, lighting, and overall presentation of the venue.Assist management with inventory, opening/closing procedures, and operational reports.Enforce company policies, safety standards, and TABC compliance.Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor throughout service.Qualifications:Previous restaurant or nightlife management experience preferred.Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments preferred.Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance and strong guest service mindset required.Ideal Candidate:Natural leader with a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.Guest-focused and team-oriented.Confident managing fast-paced service environments.Passionate about hospitality, culture, and elevated experiences.About the Company
