Job Description: We are in search of a motivated and dynamic Consultant to join our team at Richards Resolutions. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the transition to solar power. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, assessing their energy needs, and presenting customized solar solutions tailored to their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Educate potential clients on the advantages of energy and its positive environmental impact. Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to evaluate the energy needs of potential customers. Develop personalized energy proposals and presentations. Assist clients in selecting the appropriate system for their homes or businesses. Provide comprehensive information on available incentives, rebates, and financing options. Stay updated on solar technology, industry trends, and relevant government regulations. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to the sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads. Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct door knocking to generate leads. Qualifications: Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable living. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Previous experience in solar sales or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Familiarity with local and federal incentives and regulations related to solar energy is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
