We’re an eco-friendly, hospitality-driven transportation service built around showing up for people every single day. Our Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in making that possible by managing driver schedules, shift coverage, and staffing coordination to ensure our service zones remain fully staffed and operating smoothly. Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain weekly driver schedules across multiple service zones using scheduling softwareMonitor and manage open shifts, swaps, drop requests, and shift pickupsEnsure driver schedules comply with daily and weekly hour limitsAssist operations teams with shift coverage during call-outs or last-minute changesPublish finalized weekly schedules and communicate updates to regional managersReview and process driver time-off requests across scheduling and HR platformsTrack open shifts and staffing gaps and report coverage needs to regional managersCoordinate with recruiting and onboarding teams to incorporate new hires and training shifts into schedulesRespond to driver scheduling questions via email, Slack, and scheduling platformsMaintain accurate documentation of schedule changes, requests, and staffing updatesPosition Requirements Proven experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, operations, or administrative rolesExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and management.Experience with scheduling or workforce management software preferred.Bilingual is required.Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 AnnuallyWhy Join Us?Significant opportunities for career growth and advancement within a dynamic, rapidly expanding company.Comprehensive health benefits package to support your well-being.401(k) retirement savings plan to help you invest in your future.Generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.A collaborative and engaging work environment with a start-up culture that fosters independence and creativity.At Freebee, we celebrate diversity.
