Job Description Underground Plumber Opportunity with Caccia PlumbingJoin a high-performing team where you can grow your career, be a part of a professional organization, and apply your plumbing expertise.Your opportunity: Underground PlumberAs an Underground Plumber at Caccia Plumbing, you will perform underground plumbing services for customers on-site throughout the Bay Area including:Install, alter, and repair underground plumbing systems including sewer and water linesOperate excavators, jackhammers, and related equipment to dig trenches, break concrete, and prepare job sitesHand-dig in tight or complex trenchless environmentsPerform pressure testing, system assessments, and quality checksAdhere strictly to plumbing codes and safety regulations.Conduct visual inspections of job sites and equipmentCollaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely material availabilityTrack time, expenses, and material usage through daily logsCommunicate with team leads and project managers on job progressMaintain safety standards, using PPE and trench protection systems (shoring, signage, cones, and barriers) and following OSHA protocolYour average job length is 2-3 days. You may work alone or with a small team.Underground Plumber – Your QualificationsPrior experience in plumbing or construction (preferred not required)Valid Driver's License / ability to drive a company vehicle to job sitesKnowledge of plumbing codes (preferred not required)Plumbing Certification or License (preferred not required)You will report to the office in Burlingame each morning and dispatch out from the office, returning to the office at the end of the day.Underground Plumber – Benefits for YouYou will be provided with compressive medical, dental and vision insurance including a 100% covered option for you and your family, paid vacation time and sick time, 401k plan with company contribution, company vehicle, and learning and development opportunities.Pay $30 (entry level) up to $45-$50++ per hour DOE, plus overtime potential and additional incentive pay.
