Social Media & Community Growth Specialist

A growing, luxury beauty and lifestyle brand is seeking a Social Media & Community Growth Specialist to support brand awareness, engagement, and overall digital presence. This role will partner closely with a brand strategy consultant and leadership team to elevate positioning, build community, and drive meaningful audience engagement. This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity with the potential to scale during key campaign and product launch periods. What You'll Do: Manage and execute social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content aligned with luxury brand positioning Build and nurture an engaged online community through thoughtful interaction and messaging Collaborate on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to drive growth and engagement Support influencer partnerships and brand collaborations as needed Maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice and aesthetic What You'll Need:3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands Strong understanding of social media trends, audience growth strategies, and engagement tactics Experience building and managing brand communities Eye for luxury branding, aesthetics, and storytelling Ability to translate brand positioning into compelling content Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience supporting DTC or consumer brands is a plus Details:Hours: ~15 hours per week (with potential to increase during launches/campaigns) Location: Remote Start: ASAP (aligned with upcoming seasonal push) Duration: Ongoing / long-term partnership
