*Experience*
Five years of professional experience in one or more of the following, Project Administration, Project Coordination, Project Management, or similar roles. Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications.
Experience working with SharePoint 365 is highly desired_._
*Primary Job Duties/ Tasks*
The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps)
Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes
Creating and updating Sharepoint sites and workflows.
Manage and organize all types of projects, from simple ongoing task activities to more complex plans.
Assist District Information Systems Managers or their designated Project Manager with the management and organization of projects.
Ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Work with the various Teams to collect project or annual task status.
Measure and report on project performance.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Assist with legislative budget request duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The knowledge, skills, and abilities desired for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
*Project Administrator:*
Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Knowledge of the principles, methods, practices, tools, and techniques outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules.
Knowledge of creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites and workflows.
Solid organization and time-management skills
Skill in the use of the methods and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation of risks.
Ability to coordinate and manage projects and resources from both a high and discreet level, including cost, work, and Vendor performance.
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments.
Ability to put the ideologies, techniques, and tools into practice.
*Business and Technical Analysis:*
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of the system development life cycle.
Ability to produce legible and complete functional documentation in a way that thoroughly captures all business requirements, processes, and inputs/outputs of activities.
Ability to analyze and accurately define processes and workflows to design efficient process solutions, including missing or duplicate functionality in existing processes.
Ability to work effectively with individual staff and work units.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information related to business processes, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to perform QA reviews and provide valuable feedback in determining that standards are met and that documents are complete and comprehensive.

Advanced skills with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Ability to relate to customers’ needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff.
