divh2Money Desk Specialist/h2pMoney Desk Specialist works directly with and supports firms advisors and clients with requests related to money movement and other specialized back-office tasks. This person assists in processing of requests such as distributions, wire transfers, ACH, cost basis inquiries, account transfers, trade orders, and similar. Serving as the primary contact for advisors and clients, the Money Desk Specialist is there to provide exceptional customer service./ppAccurately and efficiently process day to day operational requests including but not limited to distributions and check requests, check deposits, wires, ACH set up, cost basis inquiries, transfer delays, trade orders, and similar./ppAssist the advisors with questions related to paperwork completion requirements and firm processes and procedures./ppAct as a liaison between the account custodian and the advisor/client. Clearly communicate the custodial and firms requirements as they apply to the request to ensure efficient process and elimination of NIGOs./ppProactively research and analyze issues for a fast and effective resolution./ppWork closely with other departments within the firm to collaborate on customer service, issues and projects./ppKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities/ppMust display Core Values/ppStrong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)/ppStrong written and oral communication skills/ppExceptional organizational and time management skills/ppFlexibility to take on a variety of projects and drive them to implementation/ppProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally/ppStrong problem-solving skills, can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner/ppExperience and Education/ppExperience:/pp1 year of working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance organization./pp2 years experience in Client Service or Operations with Brokerage/Financial Industry/ppEducation:/ppBachelors degree from four-year College or University; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of related education and experience and/or training./ppLicensing:/ppFINRA Series 7 required within first 6 months of employment and Series 65/66 preferred but not required/ppPhysical Requirements/ppOffice Position/ppTravel/ppNone/ppAbout Integrity/ppIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
