You'll own features end to end — backend and frontend — from understanding the problem with stakeholders to shipping the solution in production.We don't have a product manager sitting between you and the business. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand what needs to be built, then build it across the full stack: Rails API, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js frontend, and everything in between. You should enjoy that — not just tolerate it.We expect you to use AI tooling aggressively to multiply your output. You don't need to be a designer, but you can implement clean, functional interfaces from specs or mockupsProduct awareness — you care about whether the thing you're building actually solves the problem.
