BPR Engineer – Management Analyst Pentagon, Arlington, VASpectrum is currently seeking a Business Process Reform Engineer to serve as the functional expert at our customer site and support the Department of Navy’sBusiness Operations Service Support requirement.Required Skills And AbilitiesPerform a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) analysis considering cross-functional and intra/inter-department process flows Provide an executive summary to address the performed analysis, possible strategies to address risk, and a risk mitigation plan Perform an As-Is/To-Be Gap Analysis to identify differences between business process flows as they are now, and what they will be in the future. Based on the analysis, the Contractor shall make comprehensive recommendations covering all aspects of implementing the new processes.
