Project Architect

Seeking a licensed Architect with a minimum of eight years of experience who is passionate about the building design process and meeting client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate multi disciplinary teams, and experience in preparing permit and construction documents along with construction phase administration.ResponsibilitiesPrepare effective building designs and presentation materialsCoordinate the efforts of a multi discipline design team, working with designers and engineers to develop plans and documents for a variety of projectsProvide building renderings, space planning, code and envelope reviews, drafting and detailing, permit documentation, and construction administrationSupport collaboration with clients and contribute to project developmentRequired QualificationsArchitectural degree and licensureLicensed and registered Architect in ArizonaAt least eight years of relevant experience preparing building construction documents, permit and construction administration, and coordinating with consultants and clientsMust reside in or near the Phoenix, Arizona areaAbility to manage multiple assignments across projects in a fast paced environmentWorking knowledge of building codes including IBC, IECC or ASHRAE, and NFPAProficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCADPreferred QualificationsDegree from a NAAB accredited programExperience with 3D modeling and rendering applications such as SketchUp, 3d Max, and IllustratorExperience in industrial building designStrong interpersonal skillsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance and disability benefits, and paid time off as well as 401k and profit sharing plans.
