Job Description Pay: $19.00 per hourJob description:Roto Flex Rewinder Operator (1st Shift)Location: Mount Pleasant, WIPay: $19/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMType: Temp-to-HireJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Roto Flex Rewinder Operator to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for operating rewinding equipment to inspect, slit, and rewind printed materials according to customer specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Roto Flex rewinder machines to rewind printed rolls accuratelyInspect labels/printed materials for defects (color, alignment, print quality, etc.)Set up machine parameters (tension, speed, slitting, etc.) based on job requirementsRemove defective materials and ensure high-quality outputRead and follow job tickets and production instructionsPerform basic machine maintenance and cleaningMaintain a safe and organized work areaMeet production and efficiency targetsQualificationsPrevious experience with Roto Flex or similar rewinding/slitting equipment preferredExperience in printing, packaging, or label production is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to read job orders and follow instructionsBasic mechanical aptitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsWhy Join UsSteady 1st shift schedule (no nights!)Opportunity to transition from temp to permanent hireCompetitive starting pay at $19/hourSupportive team environmentLabor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
