Account Executive, Retail Big Box

As the Account Executive for Retail Big Box at Spectrum, you will build and maintain relationships with our retailer portfolio, ensuring the Spectrum brand is represented while maximizing sales opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence the daily execution of retail territory operations, making a measurable impact on both customer experience and business performance.How You'll Make an ImpactManage daily relationships with retail partners and vendors to maximize sales and uphold the Spectrum brandExecute strategic plans and field sales operations across Big Box Retailers and third-party vendors selling Spectrum servicesProvide account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, and merchandisingConduct regular meetings and training with partners to ensure they meet quality standards and achieve sales goalsMaintain up-to-date product and promotion knowledge and deliver this information to assigned partnersCollaborate with operations, strategy, and divisional teams to align with Spectrum's objectivesCoordinate special events, oversee staffing and merchandising, and assist in sales executionAnalyze sales metrics, report findings to leadership, and develop strategies to enhance partner performanceProspect new business opportunities and support partners in driving incremental salesWorking Conditions* Spend 20 percent of your time in the office and 80 percent in the field, making weekly visits to partners and retail locations* Participate in occasional division-wide travelWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experienceExperience* 5-7+ years of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishEffective sales presentation abilities and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and initiativeProficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesCapacity to work independentlyComfort using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelWillingness to travel frequently within assigned territoryFlexible schedule to accommodate retail hours and maximize sales opportunitiesReliable transportationValid State driver's license and safe driving recordPreferred QualificationsExperience* 5+ years of strong sales experience with a proven track recordSkills* Bi-lingual skills#LI-NT1SAE227 2026-72328 2026Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
