Under direct supervision, performs all aspects of Facilities & Services front desk reception area. Processes and coordinates all Aim Work Orders. Processes all Electronic and Key access requests. Provides reception for all visitors sat the Facilities & Services Administrative office. Serves as liaison between FS Units and Campus Community. Provides high quality customer service for all concerns that come into the FS office.
