Human Resources Specialist

Job TitleThis position is located in the Employee Relations Branch at the DCAA Headquarters where you will deliver comprehensive guidance on all aspects of human resources management, directly shaping the agency's workforce and employee relations landscape. Administers HR programs and projects, applying all relevant laws and regulations for areas such as performance management, incentive awards, leave, and discipline to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance. Advises on employee relations (discipline, grievances, performance) by researching cases, preparing formal responses, and maintaining accurate case files to support all actions. Identifies and analyzes complex employee relations issues, developing and implementing effective solutions. Advises and assists management on performance management processes and procedures, including reviewing performance elements, standards, and appraisals.
