Job Title: Logistics and Shipping Specialist – Clinical Supply ChainShift: First Shift | Monday–FridaySchedule: Typical hours between 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (e.g., 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)Location: OnsiteEnvironment: GMP / Clinical Supply ChainPosition OverviewThe Logistics and Shipping Specialist will support the Clinical Supply Chain by managing both logistics/shipping and warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This role is approximately 50% logistics/shipping and 50% warehousing and is ideal for someone with hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international shipments—particularly temperature-controlled materials—who is also comfortable working in a warehouse setting. Experience in a GMP environment is strongly preferred, and familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Shipping (50%)Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with GMP and clinical supply chain requirements.Set up temperature-controlled shipments, including cold trucks and specialized packaging for temperature-sensitive materials.Work with carriers such as FedEx and Quickset to schedule, track, and manage shipments.Prepare and review shipping documentation, including required GMP documentationPartner with internal customers and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material movement.Warehousing (50%)Unload trucks, receive materials, and verify shipments upon arrival.Label, receive, and transact materials in SAP or a similar systemPerform picking and pulling of materials to support clinical and operational needs.Pack materials for outbound shipments according to SOPs and temperature requirements.Maintain accurate inventory records and support overall warehouse organization and compliance.QualificationsExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical supply chain preferred).Hands-on experience with logistics and shipping, including domestic, international, and temperature-controlled shipments.Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for receiving and inventory transactions (preferred).Warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, packing, and material handling.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (with appropriate lifting devices).Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation and regulated processes.Willingness to be trained and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical supply environment.Compensation:$20-29/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
