This role requires a confident, passionate creative with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and a proven track record of mentoring and leading designers by example. A passion for Halloween, Christmas, and pop culture is a strong plus. Develop, design, and present storefront signage concepts in close partnership with Production and Operations, ensuring creative intent aligns with execution, feasibility, timelines, and brand standards Participate in all phases of the creative process from concept through final production, managing day-to-day creative execution for signage and related photography Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of typography, photography, layout, composition, and color theory Maintain meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and high-quality craftsmanship Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines, budgets, schedules, and production requirements Articulate and present creative concepts and directional decisions to internal stakeholders Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions that foster collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence Partner with cross-functional creative teams and leadership to establish efficient workflows, build alignment, and support continuous improvement Collaborate with the Project Manager to prioritize workloads, establish timelines, and manage short- and long-term project schedules Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Mentor and support designers by setting a best-in-class example in process, quality, and professionalism Contribute thoughtful, strategic design solutions that connect creative execution to business objectives Support additional creative initiatives as needed, including signage development, packaging design, and/or production support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a strong focus on retail print design and layout Expert proficiency in Mac-based design environments, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects, details, and deadlines simultaneously Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with diverse personality types Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $75,000 - $85,000
