Senior Attorney / Partner - Financial Services Litigation / Securities / FINRA

Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney or Partner for its New York office with experience in financial services litigation, securities disputes, and FINRA arbitration matters. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other financial industry clients in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Responsibilities Handle FINRA arbitrations and securities litigation mattersRepresent financial services clients in state and federal courtDraft motions, briefs, and arbitration submissionsManage hearings, depositions, and mediationsAdvise clients on regulatory and compliance-related disputesParticipate in business development initiatives Qualifications Licensed in New YorkStrong background in securities litigation and/or FINRA mattersExperience with financial services clients requiredExcellent litigation and client management skillsPortable business is a plus but not required Compensation Partner compensation range: $200,000 - $250,000+Additional compensation for portable businessOpen to senior associates seeking partnership track opportunities (compensation range: $150,000) Why Should You Apply?
