Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer/ ETL DeveloperLocation: Columbus, OH 43215 Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)Duration: 12+ MonthsHours: 8am- 5pmCandidate Requirements:Candidates must be local to Columbus, OhioThey have to live within 2 hours of the Columbus, Ohio area as this is a hybrid schedule.Job DescriptionProject Details & Day to Day:Candidate will be focused on the delivery of data migration topics to ensure that high quality data is migrated from the legacy systems to the new systems. This may involve data mapping, SQL development and other technical activities to support Data Migration objectives.Must Have Experience:Strong T-SQL design and development skills.ETL design and development; data mapping skills and experience; experience executing/driving technical design and implementation topicsStrong technical analysis skillsStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExceptional ability to structure, illustrate, and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and actionable insights.Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and uncertainties in a fast-paced environment.Strong prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Nice to have:Manager would love a former employee – if possibleResume ReviewManager will review resumes in batches & will be looking for required experience on resume.Interview Structure30-minute virtual interview with hiring manager plus 2 team members.
