VP of Sales and Marketing

Position SummaryArclabs Welding School is seeking a proven and strategic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead enrollment and brand growth across our multi-campus operations. This executive leader will oversee a centralized marketing team based at headquarters and collaborate closely with campus-based sales teams, including Directors of Admissions and Student Recruiters. With deep experience in education and multi-site operations, the ideal candidate will unify marketing strategy and field-level admissions execution to support Arclabs’s continued growth as a leader in skilled trades education.Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Growth & Multi-Campus LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy combining centralized marketing with campus-based admissions execution.Partner with campus Directors of Admissions to ensure conversion of prospective student leads into enrollments.Analyze enrollment data across all campuses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Marketing Team Leadership (HQ-Based)Lead the HQ-based marketing team responsible for all brand, digital, and campaign strategies.Oversee lead generation across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media), and ensure consistent branding across platforms.Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics and lead-to-enrollment data.Campus Sales CollaborationWork closely with on-campus admissions teams to align recruitment messaging, improve lead handling, and ensure consistent student experience.Host regular strategy sessions with admissions directors to drive shared goals and maintain accountability.Growth & Market DevelopmentSupport market research and data analysis to identify high-demand opportunities and refine strategic positioning.Ensure marketing messaging supports Arclabs’s vision as a growing institution in skilled trades education.Community Outreach & Brand RepresentationBuild partnerships with high schools, community organizations, and employers to strengthen recruitment pipelines and community visibility.Represent Arclabs at career fairs, industry expos, and local/national events to drive awareness and engagement.Budget & Performance OversightManage the marketing and sales budget with a focus on ROI and cost-effective campaign execution.Report regularly to executive leadership on performance metrics, budget utilization, and strategic insights.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.Experience:8–12+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership within an educational or vocational training environment.Proven success managing multi-campus operations and leading teams across both centralized and decentralized structures.Strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment strategy.Skills:Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and a collaborative leadership style.Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing analytics, and admissions operations.Excellent communicator with a track record of cross-functional leadership.Ability to travel as needed to support campus operations and partnerships.Why Join Arclabs?Arclabs Welding School is a respected name in skilled trades education, with a growing network of campuses dedicated to preparing students for rewarding careers.
