🚨 We’re hiring at the ImSci Lab! 🚨The ImSci Lab at Columbia is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to help lead our expanding portfolio of implementation science research.The ImSci Lab brings together experts in implementation science, human-centered design, behavioral science, and advanced analytics to develop practical, scalable solutions to complex health challenges. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to bridge the gap between what we know and what we do in healthcare.🔍 About the roleThis Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of federally funded research grants, working closely with the Principal Investigator, faculty, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community-based settings.You’ll help lead innovative initiatives at the intersection of:*Behavioral and digital health interventions*EHR integration and informatics*AI and multimodal large language models*Software development and healthcare outcomes improvement*Implementation science/hybrid clinical trials This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role—ideal for someone who enjoys managing complexity, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving projects from concept to execution.🧠 What you’ll do*Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of complex, multi-site research projects*Supervise and mentor project coordinators, data team members, and study staff*Lead regulatory activities (IRB submissions, renewals, modifications; DSMB; ClinicalTrials.gov)*Collaborate with data and informatics teams on data collection, quality, analytics, and dashboards*Support development and deployment of software, web applications, and EHR-based tools*Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-institutional coordination*Help develop best practices for implementing digital tools and workflows in clinical settings*Contribute to human-centered design and resource allocation strategies for large-scale initiatives*Leverage implementation science methods to oversee mixed methods evaluation ✅ Minimum qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)4+ years of related experienceExperience with regulatory processes (IRB, NIH/FDA reporting, compliance)Leadership and project management experience in implementation science, clinical research or healthcare🤝 Why CBCH & ImSci?At CBCH, we work as a collective—faculty, administrators, and staff—united by shared values and a commitment to advancing impactful, equitable research.📍 Apply here:👉 https://lnkd.in/ecGB9eJDFeel free to share—or tag someone who’d be a great fit!
