We’re looking for an Outside Operations Staff/Inspector to join our team. What You’ll Do: As our Outside Operations Staff/Inspector, you’ll be the go-to person for everything happening outside of the office. This role offers variety, flexibility, and an opportunity to make a real impact on our tenants’ experiences. Here’s a snapshot of what your day could look like: Unit Inspections: You’ll handle move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring that all units meet our standards. You’ll also inspect units after cleanings and prep them before new tenants move in. Unit Prep: Whether it’s making the bed or taking care of last-minute touch-ups, you’ll make sure every unit is in tip-top shape for new tenants. Key Copies & More: From making key copies to checking on maintenance issues, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep things running smoothly. Supply Runs: When things slow down, you’ll be on the move, acquiring supplies for the maintenance team or helping set up new units. Tech-Savvy Tasks: You’ll set up internet and TVs in new units, ensuring everything works perfectly for our tenants. You’ll also handle basic tech troubleshooting when needed. Support the Team: On top of these tasks, you’ll help with anything else that comes up, ensuring that the day-to-day operations flow smoothly. What We’re Looking For: A reliable vehicle is a must—you’ll be on the road a lot. Tech-savvy skills are key. You’ll need to be comfortable setting up wifi, handling minor tech issues, and learning new software. ou’re able to communicate via email and other tools, using both your phone and laptop.
