Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teamsStrong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking Experience leading change management initiatives within complex organizationsDemonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and influence stakeholdersExperience evaluating and implementing AI/ML tools and platformsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience driving enterprise AI strategy or digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworksCertifications in Agile, Program Management (PMP)
